Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Holland Tech, LLC, a company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. They cover hollandtech.com and the four free tools on its subdomains.

By using the site or the tools you accept them. If you do not, please do not use them.

What this site is

This is the website of an AI consulting and software engineering practice. It describes services, publishes prices where a price can honestly be published, and gives away four tools.

Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. A description of a service is not a quote, and a price on the services page is a starting point for a conversation rather than a binding number.

The free tools are estimates, not advice

The AI Scanner, the Data Readiness Assessment and the Cost Calculator produce estimates from the answers you give. They apply a published rubric to your inputs. They do not know your business.

Their output is general information. It is not professional, financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and you should not make a decision of consequence on it alone. Model prices move, your volumes will differ from your estimate, and a scored opportunity is a hypothesis rather than a forecast.

Proof is a demonstration. It runs a real extraction on a sample document that ships with the page, and every figure on it is labelled either as seeded demonstration data or as measured live. Read those labels: they are the point of the page.

The tools are free and provided as they are. You use them at your own discretion and we are not liable for decisions made on their output.

Using them fairly

The tools cost money to run, and the limits exist so that one visitor cannot spend what everybody else needs.

• Do not attempt to defeat, script around or distribute the rate limits.
• Do not scrape, resell, rebrand or redistribute the tools or their output as your own product.
• Do not attempt to gain access to any system, account or data that is not yours.
• Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing, or the tools to send anything unlawful.
• Do not submit information about other people that you have no right to share.

Client work is governed by a separate contract

Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. Paid engagements are governed by a written contract signed by both of us, covering scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, fees and intellectual property.

Where that contract and these terms disagree about paid work, the contract wins. These terms continue to govern your ordinary use of the website and the free tools.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, its design and the software behind the four tools belong to us or to our licensors. You may read the site, use the tools for their intended purpose, and quote or share our published material with attribution.

You keep everything you send us. Sending an enquiry or completing a tool run gives us no ownership of your information; we use it only as the Privacy Policy describes.

Ownership of work produced during a paid engagement is set by that engagement contract. Our practice is that your code lives in your own source control from the first day.

Links and third-party services

The site links to other places on the internet and the tools rely on services we do not run. We are not responsible for other people's content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and where your information reaches one of them the Privacy Policy names it.

No warranty

The website and the tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that its output will be accurate or suitable for your situation. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including a free tool, without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website or the free tools.

Our total liability arising out of the website and the free tools will not exceed one hundred United States dollars. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by that engagement contract instead.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country's mandatory law.

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to hello@hollandtech.com.
